Day One — Install & Train · each additional day $5,000
Travel included nationwide — no expenses added to your invoice.
Nobody leaves having watched a demo. Everybody leaves having done one real piece of their own job with AI, on their own device, with us sitting on our hands.
What's different about your company at 5pm
- Every person logged in on their phone and computer, under your company accounts — not ours
- Your prices, service area and the way you talk to customers loaded in, so it sounds like your shop
- Two-step login on, passwords in one vault, and a ceiling on what it can spend
- Every person did one real piece of their own work — then did it again with us sitting on our hands
- One of your people named the go-to, and your next check-in calls already on the calendar
- Everything in your company’s name. Fire us tomorrow and none of it turns off.
Day One · Morning — the whole company, together
8:00Why we are doing this — The owner speaks, not us — in their own words, to their own crew.
8:10What this actually is — The plain-English mental model, and the two things it gets wrong.
8:25Talk, do not type — Voice and dictation — the block the field crew came for.
8:45Live demo on your data — Your real estimate, your voicemail, your supplier quote.
9:15The moves everybody uses — The core techniques, hands-on, whatever the job title.
10:00Safe use — What you can put in, what it can see, and what never goes in.
10:25Your own real work — Split by role — everyone produces something real.
11:10The company Project — Where your prices, service area and voice live.
11:30The tiny daily habit — The routine that makes it stick past week one.
11:45Champion and 30/60/90 — Name the go-to person publicly; set the check-in dates.
Day One · Afternoon — one-on-one, at their own desk
Owner / GM · 45 minLate-night estimates, the awkward collections message, “how did the month actually go,” review replies — plus spend caps, the cost worksheet, the break-glass envelope and your check-in dates.
Office / Admin · 45–60 minVoicemails into drafts, the estimate email retyped every week, reschedule texts, review replies, job-photo filing. It drafts — you send.
Bookkeeper · own guardrailsInvoices and lien waivers in plain English, month-close gaps — and the hard rule said twice: no card, bank, routing or SSN data, ever.
Estimator / Sales · 45 minScope into proposal, supplier quote comparison, follow-up sequences. The AI never sets the price.
Field crew / Foreman · 15–20 min each, at the truckVoice write-ups, explaining the fix to a homeowner without scaring them, “running 30 minutes late” texts.
What every person learns, whatever their job
- Brief it like a new apprentice
- Talk instead of typing
- Messy notes to customer-ready writing
- Voicemail to quote draft
- Shrink a long thing
- Interrogate a document
- Change tone, length and language
- Make it ask you the questions
- Check its work before it leaves the building
- Know what is safe to paste
- Work in the company Project
- Escalate instead of stalling
The rules everyone follows
- Always check facts, numbers and code references — it can sound sure and be wrong
- Never paste payment or identity data — card numbers, bank details, SSNs, passwords
- It drafts, a person sends — anything customer-facing gets read and approved
- The phone assistant is private to your company — do not share it
- If you are unsure, ask the Champion — there is no penalty for asking
The trained-or-we-finish-them guarantee
Every person on the roster does one real piece of their own work, alone, with us not helping. Anybody who does not get there on the day goes on a written punch list — by name, with exactly what is missing — and we finish them at no charge. You will have that list in your hand before we leave.
What this does not cover
- — Software licences — seats and a password manager are billed by the vendor directly to you, at cost
- — Building custom apps or dashboards (scoped and quoted separately)
- — Anything that can move money — we do not connect payments or payroll on Day One
- — Moving you off personal email onto a company domain (calendar-bound — handled as prep, not on the day)
