AI Optimization — on-site training for your team

AI Optimization · by SimpleBuild AI

We come to you and train your team on AI.

One day, on-site, hands-on. Your whole company in the morning, then one-on-one with every person at their own desk and in their own truck. Travel included nationwide — no expenses added to your invoice.

Real USA team · You own every account · No lock-in
Nobody leaves having watched a demo. Everybody leaves having done one real piece of their own job with AI — on their own device, with us sitting on our hands.
The problem

You know AI could help. Who has time to figure it out?

Leads slip away

Calls go to voicemail, texts pile up, and the quote you meant to send never goes out.

Nights buried in admin

You are answering emails and writing estimates at 9pm instead of being home.

Nobody shows your crew

Everyone says "use AI" — nobody sits down with your office manager and your foreman and shows them how.

Pricing

On-site AI training. We come to you.

Day One is $7,500. Every day after that is $5,000. Most shops need two.

$2,500 deposit books your date. The balance is invoiced once your prep checklist passes — if anything on our side is not ready, we move the date at no cost to you.
Travel included nationwide — no expenses added to your invoice. Additional days stay $5,000 for 12 months after Day One, whenever you use them.
Software (seats, password manager) is billed by the vendor directly to you, at cost — we show you the monthly number on the day.

Why Day One costs more

Day One is a three-week engagement with one on-site day in the middle.

That is why it is $7,500 and an additional day is $5,000. Day One includes everything that happens before and after we drive out:

  • A discovery call, so the training runs on your real jobs — not a sample
  • Accounts, seats, logins and invites set up and verified before we arrive
  • Your price list, service area, brand voice and FAQs loaded in advance
  • Printed cheat sheets for every person, by role
  • Your security floor: two-step login, one password vault, spend caps, recovery codes
  • A written hand-off pack and a filled-in monthly cost worksheet
  • Three follow-up calls — week 1, week 3, and day 30

An additional day is the on-site day only — all of the above is already done.

Day One · Morning

The whole company, in one room.

Four hours, hands-on. We never talk more than twenty minutes without your team touching a keyboard or talking to their phone.

8:00Why we are doing this — The owner speaks, not us — in their own words, to their own crew.
8:10What this actually is — The plain-English mental model, and the two things it gets wrong.
8:25Talk, do not type — Voice and dictation — the block the field crew came for.
8:45Live demo on your data — Your real estimate, your voicemail, your supplier quote.
9:15The moves everybody uses — The core techniques, hands-on, whatever the job title.
10:00Safe use — What you can put in, what it can see, and what never goes in.
10:25Your own real work — Split by role — everyone produces something real.
11:10The company Project — Where your prices, service area and voice live.
11:30The tiny daily habit — The routine that makes it stick past week one.
11:45Champion and 30/60/90 — Name the go-to person publicly; set the check-in dates.
Day One · Afternoon

Then one-on-one, at their own desk.

Not a demo they watched — their own login, their own phone, their own real work. Day One covers up to 10 people. More than 10 means a second day — we would rather do six people properly than ten halfway.

Owner / GM45 min

Late-night estimates, the awkward collections message, “how did the month actually go,” review replies — plus spend caps, the cost worksheet, the break-glass envelope and your check-in dates.

Office / Admin45–60 min

Voicemails into drafts, the estimate email retyped every week, reschedule texts, review replies, job-photo filing. It drafts — you send.

Bookkeeperown guardrails

Invoices and lien waivers in plain English, month-close gaps — and the hard rule said twice: no card, bank, routing or SSN data, ever.

Estimator / Sales45 min

Scope into proposal, supplier quote comparison, follow-up sequences. The AI never sets the price.

Field crew / Foreman15–20 min each, at the truck

Voice write-ups, explaining the fix to a homeowner without scaring them, “running 30 minutes late” texts.

What we teach

What every person learns, whatever their job.

  • Brief it like a new apprentice — 45 seconds of real context beats “write an estimate.”
  • Talk instead of typing — Dictate from the truck. Fragments are fine. No typing required.
  • Messy notes to customer-ready writing — Four bullets becomes a professional estimate email.
  • Voicemail to quote draft — Plus what to schedule and what you still need to ask them.
  • Shrink a long thing — A 40-message thread: what do they want, what did I agree to, what is the deadline.
  • Interrogate a document — Spec sheet, warranty, supplier quote — then verify before repeating it.
  • Change tone, length and language — “Firm but polite.” “Cut it in half.” “In Spanish.”
  • Make it ask you the questions — “I am thinking about hiring a second tech — what should I answer first?”
  • Check its work before it leaves the building — Every price, date, measurement and code reference gets verified.
  • Know what is safe to paste — Job details yes. Card numbers, SSNs and bank details never.
  • Work in the company Project — On the work login — never a personal free account.
  • Escalate instead of stalling — Know the Champion’s name. Asking costs nothing.
Safe use

The rules everyone follows.

Printed, laminated, and left on the truck dash and the fridge. This is the part most training skips.

  • Always check facts, numbers and code references — it can sound sure and be wrong
  • Never paste payment or identity data — card numbers, bank details, SSNs, passwords
  • It drafts, a person sends — anything customer-facing gets read and approved
  • The phone assistant is private to your company — do not share it
  • If you are unsure, ask the Champion — there is no penalty for asking
What you have at 5pm

What is different about your company when we leave.

  • Every person logged in on their phone and computer, under your company accounts — not ours
  • Your prices, service area and the way you talk to customers loaded in, so it sounds like your shop
  • Two-step login on, passwords in one vault, and a ceiling on what it can spend
  • Every person did one real piece of their own work — then did it again with us sitting on our hands
  • One of your people named the go-to, and your next check-in calls already on the calendar
  • Everything in your company’s name. Fire us tomorrow and none of it turns off.
Our guarantee

The trained-or-we-finish-them guarantee

Every person on the roster does one real piece of their own work, alone, with us not helping. Anybody who does not get there on the day goes on a written punch list — by name, with exactly what is missing — and we finish them at no charge. You will have that list in your hand before we leave.

And the honest bar: What is realistic 90 days out: most of your people using it weekly on real work, with one or two who use it every day. Anyone promising you every person every day is selling.

Additional days

What a second day gets spent on.

You pick, based on what Day One surfaces. We will tell you honestly if you only need one.

Connect the rest of your tools

The systems Day One did not reach — drive, accounting, the tools your office lives in.

Build your real workflows

The highest-value second day for most shops: we build and save the reusable versions, so they survive the person who built them.

The text / phone assistant

A field-crew day — text it like you would text the office manager, by voice, from the truck.

Documents, estimates and office systems

Templates and procedures for the paperwork that repeats every week.

Security and account hardening

Untangle shared logins, an ex-web-guy domain, or accounts in the wrong name.

Deeper role coaching and new-hire onboarding

The people Day One could not reach, the skeptics, and training your Champion to train.

We work your actual backlog with you

Not teaching — doing. We sit down and clear real work together.

After the training

Keeping it running is optional — and cheap.

Ongoing Support

Champion office hours, new-hire onboarding, prompt-library upkeep, and a monthly call. Cancel anytime.

$500/month

Optional. Most owners decide after their day, not before — there is no pressure to take it at booking.

Custom Apps & Automation — Custom Quote

Internal tools, dashboards and always-on automations built around your operations. Scoped and quoted separately after we have seen how you work.

What the day rate does not cover

Software licences — seats and a password manager are billed by the vendor directly to you, at cost · Building custom apps or dashboards (scoped and quoted separately) · Anything that can move money — we do not connect payments or payroll on Day One · Moving you off personal email onto a company domain (calendar-bound — handled as prep, not on the day)

Straight answers

The questions every owner asks

That's a new truck payment.

Fair. Here is the difference: the truck payment comes again next month. This one does not — it is one time, there is no contract, and there is no monthly to cancel. Before you decide, add up what you and your office person spend on paperwork in a week and what that hour costs you. If it does not cover itself in a few months, we will tell you not to buy it.

My guys won't use it.

Some of them will not, and we will tell you which ones by name before we leave. What is realistic 90 days out: most of your people using it weekly on real work, with one or two who use it every day. Anyone promising you every person every day is selling. What we will guarantee is that every person on the roster did it once, alone, with us not helping — and anyone who does not get there goes on a punch list and we finish them free.

Can't I just watch YouTube?

For the how-to — honestly, yes. It is free and it is fine. What is not on YouTube is your accounts set up in your company's name with two-step login and a spending cap, your prices and your voice loaded in so it stops sounding like a robot, and nine people who actually sat down and did it once instead of meaning to.

What do we actually keep?

Every account is opened in your company's name, on your email, with your card. Not ours. When we are done we remove our access and rotate anything our laptop touched. You keep all of it whether you ever talk to us again or not.

What if you show up and we're not ready?

That is exactly what the prep is for — we check the accounts, logins, invites and wifi before booking travel. If something is not ready on our side, we move the date at no cost to you. If it is on your side, we will tell you three weeks out, not in your parking lot.

Is my customer information safe?

Card numbers, bank and routing numbers, SSNs, driver's licences and passwords never get typed in. Customer names, addresses and job details are fine — that is the job. Everyone's email connection runs under their own login, so it can never see more than that person could already see. And it drafts email — a person hits send.

Is this going to replace my people?

No — and you open the day saying that, in your own words, to your own crew. This takes the paperwork off them, not their job. If it is not saving them time, we want to hear it.

How many days do we need?

If you are a four-person shop with clean accounts, we will say one day and mean it. Most shops of 10–25 need two. We will not sell you a website pipeline day if you do not have a website, and we will not sell you a server if you have nothing that needs to run at 3am. Book the free audit and we will tell you.
